See if you and your guests can stomach these eye-popping appetizers.
What you Need:
- 6 eggs, hard-cooked, cooled and peeled
- 6 oz whipped cream cheese
- 12 green olives stuffed with pimientos
- red food coloring or ketchup
What to do:
- Cut the eggs in half widthwise.
- Remove the yolks and fill the hole with cream cheese.
- Press an olive into each cream cheese eyeball, pimiento up, for an eerie green iris and red
pupil.
- Dip a toothpick into ketchup and draw broken blood vessels in the cream cheese for the
ultimate in ocular overkill!
