Crack up your egghead friends with these party favors! (And you won't have to shell out a lot of money to make 'em!)
NOTE: Since you'll need to wait for grass to grow as part of this craft, you may want to prepare your eggheads about a week before your party.)

  1. To make each egghead, use a small nail to create a hole about the size of a quarter in one end of an egg (do this over a sink so that you won't end up with egg on your hands).

  2. Drain and rinse out the shell. Then use colorful permanent markers to draw a funny face on it.

  3. Spoon some soil into the shell and plant some grass seeds in it. Moisten the soil and cover the shell loosely with plastic wrap.

  4. Set your egg in a sunny spot so it'll start sprouting (this should take less than a week).

  5. Remove the plastic wrap and give the egghead to a friend. Tell him/her to water it daily so it can grow even longer, greener hair!
